What does a membership cost?

Membership is purchased before account setup and provider review. Treatment costs are separate.

Silver

$479 a year

Shown as $39.99 a month, billed annually. Your panels, a provider review of every result, an advisor consult and member pricing.

Gold

$199 a month

Or $995 for six months, or $1,795 for the year. Everything in Silver, plus access to prescription care at member pricing.

OT Black · Coming soon

There are two memberships. Silver is $479 a year, shown as $39.99 a month billed annually, and it covers your panels, a provider review of every result, an advisor consult and member pricing. Gold is $199 a month, or $995 for six months, or $1,795 for the year, and it adds access to prescription care at member pricing. A third tier, OT Black, is coming and is not priced yet.

02 How does OT actually work?
Choose a membership, activate your account, and complete your intake. After your blood draw, a licensed provider reviews your results and you can schedule your wellness advisor review.

03 Do you take insurance?
We do not bill insurance for memberships. Memberships are paid directly through OTMENS.
04 What if a treatment isn't right for me?
Your provider decides whether a treatment is appropriate. Membership is purchased before provider review. See the refund policy for the terms that apply.

05 Are the medications real?
Prescription treatments require provider review and are dispensed through licensed pharmacies.
06 Where can I use OT?
OT provides care online in the United States. Available services depend on your location and provider review.
07 What does the bloodwork test for?
Hormones, heart, metabolism, thyroid, vitamin levels and longevity markers, in one draw. A provider reviews every result rather than just flagging what is out of range, and deeper panels can be added if your numbers call for them.
